Questions
Before you send
What should I send in the three photos?
The room from the doorway, the worst wall or ceiling, and the trim and door. The street and the floor go in the same text.
When will you reply?
In office hours. A text sent on a Sunday is answered Monday morning.
Do you come to look?
When the photos are not enough. We say so in the first reply, and the visit has no obligation attached.
